Parking Management of Miami (PMM)

Based out of Miami, FL , Parking Management of Miami (PMM) was founded in 2020 by Joaquin Rojas . Joaquin wanted to present solutions to the problems facing the parking industry. PMM offers value-added services and unmatched accountability to improve their client’s operations and revenues through high quality service and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. We’ve developed meaningful relationships with many of the well-known corporate brands, commercial real-estate developers and asset owners in our core markets.  An unmatched reputation for honesty and proven track record for keeping pace with the ever-changing demands of their business has been the foundation behind the company’s rapid growth, making them one of the premier leaders within the industry. 

Our operations across South Florida are overseen by experienced Managers, who are supported by a skilled workforce comprising multiple layers of management and fully trained teams dedicated to our lines of business and locations. At our corporate headquarters, we offer comprehensive back-office support to our Managers. Our organization’s cloud-based systems allow for seamless integration between markets and our operations, accounting, payroll, human resources, auditing, and claims departments.

Joaquin Rojas
Founder & President

Joaquin has over 20 years of experience in the parking industry, in both the public and private sector. Joaquin has worked deliberately to build a wealth of knowledge that his customers and clients can truly benefit from. Joaquin has held leadership roles for the Miami Parking Authority, SP Plus, The Parking Network and Whitman Family Development.

Jonathan Rojas
Director of Operations

Jonathan brings 18 years of experience in the parking industry, offering a wealth of expertise across multiple sectors. His extensive background includes event technology solutions, high-traffic venue parking operations, parking enforcement technology, automatic payment systems, valet services, and auditing and accounting. Jonathan’s deep understanding of these diverse areas enables him to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to any parking need.

Javier Quinones
Events Logistics Manager

Javier Quinones brings 10 years of parking experience. He started his parking career in the valet industry and immediately moved to event managing traffic control and parking logistics for Miami Jetport Parking. In 2017 he joined SP Plus as the Parking and Traffic Manager for Terminal A Garage in Miami, FL. Javier currently manages all the Events Logistics for Parking Guy which includes Virginia Key Beach, Loan Depot Parking Operations and Miami Cruise Terminal AA.
